PAYMENT

Payment in full is due BEFORE any animal leaves the farm. We accept checks (must have time to clear the bank before animal leaves), PAY PAL, Venmo and cash. If you wish to pay via PAY PAL you will be responsible for any fees associated with that form of payment.

 In-tact buck kid prices= $300+ w/ registration paperwork. Buck kids born that are to my standards of breeding quality will be available as in-tact bucks until approximately 6 weeks of age. If no reservations are pending by that time, they may then be offered as wethers (castrated bucks) for pets/companion animals. Half of the purchase price for a non-refundable deposit will reserve your already born buck kid until weaning at 8 weeks of age. Kids are to be paid in full by 8wks. Additional $10/week will be charged for each week after weaning that the goat isn't picked up & brought to it's new home, unless prior arrangements are made.

Wether (castrated bucks) prices: $125 each--Discounts on multiple wether purchases, or purchase of wether with a buck or doe kid.

Doe kid prices= $350+ with registration paperwork. Half of the purchase price for a non-refundable deposit will reserve your already born doe kid until weaning time when kids are 8 weeks of age. Kids are to be paid in full by 8wks. Additional $10/week will be charged for each week after weaning that the goat isn't picked up & brought to it's new home, unless prior arrangements are made.

BOTTLE KIDS: Bottle kids must be picked up within 2 wks of purchase unless otherwise arranged. 

Kids will be disbudded, tattooed, current on vaccines and wormer when they leave to their new homes unless otherwise noted. We do our best when disbudding but cannot guarantee a goat (especially bucks) will not develop a scur.  

We have tested our entire of age doe herd at one point or another for CAE and Johnes (blood and fecal) with negative results.  We do not routinely test for CL but have tested upon request with negative results.  We prefer to test abscesses on an individual basis as we feel this is the only accurate way to test for CL and our herd has never had a CL positive abscess to date. We want people to feel at ease when buying a goat from the Gabhran Creek Herd so if a buyer would like more current or additional testing, we are happy to discuss options.

Does and Bucks will be registered with ADGA. We can provide paperwork for people wanting AGS registration as well. Wethers can come with the paperwork for an Identification Certificate through ADGA or a Registration Application with AGS.

***If you lose your paperwork provided at time of sale, there is a fee of $40.00 to get duplicate information.***

We are happy to air ship or ground ship goats and help with shipping needs as they arise. ALL shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility. Shipping expenses include but are not limited to specific state testing, health papers, vet fees associated with testing, and health certifications, and crates. We strongly suggest ground transport as air shipping has become somewhat of a cumbersome affair, although we are willing to try.

We guarantee that your kid is healthy when it leaves our farm, but we cannot guarantee its health once it is off our farm and outside of our control. For that reason, all sales are final once the animal leaves our farm. We do, however, guarantee them against genetic defects and will replace a kid upon a licensed veterinarian's diagnosis of a genetic defect with a kid equal in quality and of the same sex. Guaranteeing against genetic defects is only effective on the original animal sold and does not, nor will it cover any future generations. We do not offer any height guarantees. We guarantee sire and dam are correct on registration papers ONLY IF we are the breeders.  We do not guarantee the validity of animals in a pedigree we were not responsible for breeding. We do the best we can to buy from responsible, respected breeders but we will not be held accountable nor liable for things out of our immediate control.

Occasionally we offer adult stock for sale. Prices will vary depending on the quality of animal that is for sale. 

Adult Animals= Payment is to be made in full and animals are to be picked up from farm, or on transport withing 2 weeks of purchase. *Exception for does raising kids. Half of purchase price is to be made after freshening, and balance due when kids are weaning age of 8wks. Health guarantees are the same as for kids. See above paragraph.
